- PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel# 80.00-1-16 1 lot subdivision hearing opened at 5:00pm with no questions or comments Ron McGregor made a motion for a negative declaration Mike Parks seconded. Agreed. Charles Petrus made a motion to close the hearing at 5:05pm Mike Parks Seconded. Agreed.
- PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel# 80.00-1-13 1 lot subdivision hearing opened at 5:05pm with no questions or comments Mike Parks made a motion for a negative declaration Jason Crump seconded. Agreed. Mike Parks made a motion to close the hearing at 5:10pm Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.
- MINUTES – Ron McGregor made a motion to accept November 3rd 2025 minutes as received Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.
- NEW BUSINESS- Parcel# 72.00-2-31.61 2 lot subdivision with no questions or comments Charles Petrus made a motion for a public hearing for January 5th, 2025 Jason Crump seconded.
- NEW BUSINESS – Bill Lortz property owner of Parcel# 63.00-2-34.1 presented board with 3 lot subdivision with no questions or comment. A special request was made for special meeting/public hearing for December 15th,2025 at 5:00pm. Ron McGregor made a motion to accept special meeting, Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.
