Peckham, Mike Parks and Shiloh Schloop

II             ABSENT- Charles Petrus

III            GUESTS- Fred Ball (NEXAMP), Town Clerk Novina Green

IV            PUBLIC HEARING :

Saw Mill Bay site plan adjustment, the hearing opened at 5:00PM and with no questions or comments for or against the site plan adjustment, members of the planning board approve site plan adjustment. The hearing closed at 5:05PM. Mark Kellar motion to close, seconded by Mike Parks to close public hearing. Agreed

V             MINUTES

1. Tom Charlton motioned to accept the March 2025 minutes as received and Mike Parks second agreed.

VI            REPORTS

1. Rons Report for the month of March 2025 reviewed.

VII          NEW BUSINESS-

Two lot subdivision- Jake Traynor will provide the board with new maps for next meeting.

VIII         INCOMING–

Ron McGregor presented the board members with his resignation. At the town board meeting on April 2^nd, board members appointed Tom Charlton as zoning enforcement officer. After further discussion Jason Crump motions to appoint Mark Kellar as chairman for the planning board and seconded by Norman Peckham.

IX            DISCUSSION – None

Tom Charlton motioned to adjourn at 5:15PM and Norman Peckham second agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for May 5th, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
