5. MINUTES – Norman Peckham made a motion to accept the minutes from May, Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

6. REPORTS – Mikes report for May and June Reviewed.

7. NEW BUSSINESS – Parcel# 72.00-1-59.11 2 lot subdivision with no questions or comments Mike Parks made a motion to have a public hearing for August 3^rd, 2026 at 5:00PM Charles Petrus seconded the motion. Agreed.
