6             PUBLIC HEARING: Jake Traynor subdivision for parcel number #62.00-1-15. The hearing opened at 5:00PM and with no further questions or comments the hearing closed at 5:10PM. Ron McGregor motioned for negative declaration, Norman Peckham seconded. Mike Parks motion to accept the subdivision and Ron McGregor seconded.

8             ADJOURNMENT: Charles Petrus motion to adjourn at 5:18PM Norman Peckham seconded. Agreed. Next meeting scheduled for June 2^nd, 2025 at 5:00PM.
