SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES                                                                              DECEMBER 15^TH 2025

1. ROLL CALL – Mark Kellar, Mike Parks, Charles Petrus, Jason Crump, Ron McGregor, Norman Peckham, Mike Battista and Shiloh Schloop

2. ABSENT – None

3. GUEST – Bill Lortz

4. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel# 63.00-2-34.1 3 lot subdivision. After reviewing the maps with no questions or comments Ron McGregor made a motion for a negative declaration, Charles Petrus second, agree. Mike Battista made a motion to close the hearing at 5:05pm Mike Parks Seconded. Agreed.

5. ADJORUNMENT – Jason Crump made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:05pm Ron McGregor second, agree. Next meeting is scheduled for January 5^th, 2025 at 5:00pm.
