MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the November 2025 clerk minutes as
received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Timmerman motioned to accept the financial statement
for October 2025 as received and Councilman Dodge seconded
the motion. Agreed.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Clerk Monthly Financial Report for November 2025
- Planning Board minutes for 11/03/2025
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Solar on Earth – Representative Scott Fitzgerald did not attend, will reach out to reschedule
NEW BUSINESS: None
HIGHWAY SUPT: Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist gave an update to the board members. They have trimmed trees, replaced some signs and serviced
cemetery equipment. Roy will be putting truck number 7 on auction and requested the board members to put out a bid and all board
members agreed.
CLERK: Motion from Councilman Timmerman to accept the November 2025 clerk financial
Report as received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Incoming
- Letter from the Village of Brownville was received regarding their water infrastructure project.
- 2025 Year-end report from Cemetery Clerk Gerry Kostyk

COUNCILMEN: None.
TOWN SUPERVISOR:
- Vital shred will be at the Town office on 12/15/2025.
- Developer’s Agreement – National Grid Transmission Rebuild. After further review, Councilman Dodge motioned for a resolution to accept the agreement seconded by Councilman Timerman. Agreed
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Timmerman motioned to
pay the General Bills ($74,650.18), the Highway bills ($294,064.03) Water bills WD
#1 ($2,564.07), WD #2 ($129.05). Council Member Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.

THE FLOOR: Planning Board Chairman Mark Kellar inquiring about laws and regulations regarding
Zoning officer position and as a licensed surveyor. Supervisor Lane mentioned he will
Look into it and contact Mr. Kellar when he knows more.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Dodge motioned to adjourn at 5:20 PM and Councilman
Timmerman seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled
for 5:00 PM January 7th, 2025.
