MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Pickett to accept the September 2024 clerk minutes as received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Timmerman motioned to accept the financial statement for September 2024 as received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.

- Ron’s September 2024 landuse report
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- BCA, Casey Dickinson provided the board members update on the Chlorine Booster Station. An alarm work sheet was created for the highway boys, injection pump update, and notifying the board of his assistance to the planning board regarding the Sawmill Bay Solar Project.
NEW BUSINESS: Dog Enumeration Project proposed by Betsy Ring. She will be issuing notices for all Unlicensed dogs in the Town of Brownville including the villages of Dexter, Glenpark and Brownville. Councilman Dodge made a motion to accept the project to begin on October 15th, 2024, and Councilman Pickett seconded. Agreed
Town board received the tentative budget for 2025. After review, board members Agree to approve the tentative budget for 2025.
HIGHWAY SUPT: Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist provided updates regarding paving next
week for Stone Rd and Middle Rd. Garage roof is almost done and new pickup truck has been delivered.
CLERK: Motion from Councilman Pickett to accept the September 2024 clerk minutes as received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept Deleha Decker resignation and appoint Novina Green as Town Clerk and Councilman Timmerman
seconded, Agreed.
New website for the town is officially done.
Councilman Pickett motioned to accept the budget adjustments. Councilman Timmerman seconded. Agreed
COMMUNI
CATIONS: Board members received a speed reduction request from residents on County Rt 59 Speed reduction to start at the intersection of Fire Rd 472 (Bayshore Estate) Adams Cove and end at intersection of Stone Rd from 35 mph to 25 mph. Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to pass a resolution requesting evaluation of Road and Councilman Pickett seconded. Agreed
Councilman Dodge motioned to move forward with the Development Agreement And Proposed Land Use Application for Sawmill Bay Solar Project Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed
COUNCILMEN: None.
TOWN SUPERVISOR: Due to the increase in cost per ton at the Jefferson County Transfer Site and the
Development Authority, fee for transfer site will be increased for year 2025.
Residential will go from $30.00 to $35.00 and Seasonal from $20.00 to $25.00
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Timmerman motioned to pay the General Bills ($30,221.82), the Highway bills ($264,701.65) Water bills WD #1 ($138.70), WD #2 ($38.59). Council Member Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.

ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Pickett motioned to adjourn at 5:33 PM and Council member Tepfenhart seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM November 6, 2024.
