MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the November 2023 minutes asreceived and Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.

FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statement for November 2023 as received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.

COMMUNICATIONS:

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
1. Ron’s monthly land use report for November
2. Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
3. Monthly dog report not available

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Casey Dickinson, BCA was present for update on WD #2 and the Chlorine Booster Station.

NEW BUSINESS: 1. Councilman Dodge motioned to accept 2024 Teamsters contract. Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
2. Councilman Dodge motioned to approve purchase of propane generator for chlorine booster station from Power Source. Councilman Tepfenhart
seconded the motion. Agreed.
3. Councilman Dodge motioned to accept 2024 budget.
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.

HIGHWAY SUPT: Finished cold storage seal on County Route 59. Continuing with summer maintenance by trimming trees and maintaining roads.

CLERK: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the November 2023 clerk report along with the Budget Modifications for 2023. Councilman Timerman seconded the
motion. Agreed.

COUNCILMEN: Councilman Dodge commented on the good job Gerry Kostyk did on the cemetery report.

TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. Councilman Pickett motioned for the retirement of Kimberly Raymond, Town Clerk, effective December 30, 2023. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the
motion. Agreed.

WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Council member Tepfenhart motioned to pay the General Bills ($77,506.49), the Highway bills ($90,117.53) Water
bills WD #1 ($481.00), WD #2 ($47,500.00). Council Member Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
COURTESY OF
THE FLOOR: Randy McAvoy shared concerns about the mapping of water district #2 and some residents’ inability to access the water line. He would like the Town
to investigate the boundary lines, and to provide him with an update when more information is known.

Thomas Haynes, Jonathan Schell and Gerry Kostyk shared about the Archives Grant and the process required for applying. This grant would aid in
digitizing cemetery records and would be used alongside a future GIS system that would help to better map and digitally access cemetery records.

ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Dodge motioned to adjourn at 5:32 PM and Council member Pickett seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled for
5:00 PM January 3, 2024.
