MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the August 2024 minutes as
received and Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Dodge motioned to accept the financial statement
for August 2024 as received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded
the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC
HEARING: None
BIDS: None.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Ron’s August 2024 land use report
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Monthly dog report for August
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- BCA, Casey Dickinson provided an email update on the final closeout with the Town, system performance review and recent chlorine residual flow for the Chlorine Booster Station
NEW BUSINESS: None
HIGHWAY SUPT: Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist provided updates on Stone Rd. paving project, ditch clean out and culvert replacement on County Rte 59 (Bonney Rd) Councilman Dodge motion to accept the purchase of a new heater for the Highway back garage and Councilman Timmerman seconded the motion. Agreed
CLERK: Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the August 2024 monthly clerk report. Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed. We have hired a new clerk, Michelle Kurzenberger who will start on 9/9/2024
COUNCILMEN: None.
TOWN SUPERVISOR: Councilman Timmerman motioned to move forward with purchasing the Ketcham Property. Councilman Dodge seconded. Agreed
WATER, GENERAL AND HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Pickett motioned to pay the General Bills ($27,466.47), the Highway bills ($164,746.34) Water bills WD #1 ($505.36), WD #2 ($30.16). Council Member Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Dodge motioned to adjourn at 5:30 PM and
Council member Tepfenhart seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM October 2nd, 2024.
