For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the town of Brownville.

Please take notice that the Town of Brownville will hold a public hearing on 06/4/2025 at 5:00PM at the Town Office regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Brownville and Spectrum Northeast, LLC an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town office.

At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
